Job Description
Title: HR&Admin Intern/人力行政岗位
Reporting to: HR&Admin Manager
Main Tasks
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Publish and remove job ads
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Assist to supervise communication channels such as Wechat account and Website
Competencies/Skills
- MS Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word
Person Specification
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English, CET 6 or above is preferred.
- Good command of MS-office application software including Word & Excel & PPT.
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
