Job Description

Title: Documentation Specialist/单证专员 

Reporting to: Documentation Manager

Main Tasks

• Responsible for daily data entry in various operating systems, various document processing and other documentation related jobs.
• Carry out daily communication and collaboration with clients, agents, and other related party.
• Fully comply with the company's internal operating procedures and requirements to ensure the accuracy of data and document quality, as well as the efficient operation.
• Produce ocean freight documents and other related documents, responsible for inputting accounts receivable and payable expenses, and arranging invoice matters, assist sales and finance for payment settlement and cargo tracking.
• Proactively mitigate potential risks and ensure that exceptions are followed up in a timely manner.
• Handling customer complaints, disputes and completing other tasks and duties assigned by supervisors.

Competencies/Skills

• MS Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word
• English proficient

Person Specification

• Bachelordegree or above, relevant working experience is preferred;
• Familiar with sea transportation operations, preferably with knowledge of documents, freight forwarders, transportation, and import and export trades.
• Proficient English and Mandarin in oral and writing, skillful computer and office operation for daily work.
• Team player, responsible & cautious, efficient working ability, work under pressure and enough patience.
• Italian language as a plus.
